Just delicious. And you shouldn't forget the wild boiled sauerkraut with raspberry after dinner! Also suitable for dog owners and allergy sufferers. We always like to go here.

In summer it's nice to sit out there, often a shaky pleasure because you sometimes sit in the forest, but still great. The food is good, but nothing special. The economy is known for its cooked cheese and other Odenwald dishes. I don't think it's great to sit in it, it always smells extremely of fries 😒 Even our famous actress Jessica Schwarz dined there and willingly had photos taken!

Super local. Fantastic ambience. Beer garden in the adjacent forest. Food deserves stars. First class staff. I can only recommend it

So the evening was not the best, despite having reserved a table that was too small. Only after multiple complaints were given a chair and when it was clear that was not possible, a second table was added. At half past nine they asked if they could clear away (drinks), no question if we wanted something to drink. Well, we thought they were closing but the bank a little further got drinks at 10 p.m. Food was okay. But we probably won't come again.

Very good food The waitresses were all very friendly. Quiet restaurant with a very nice beer garden. Well worth a visit but make a reservation.

A very nice place with very nice staff. At the moment there is, for example. many asparagus dishes with homemade Hollandaise sauce. Food was perfect and good. Wonderful in nice weather!

Home-style restaurant with fresh regional dishes. We were 10 people with children and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was freshly prepared, delicious and came to the table quickly. Have eaten there several times and it was delicious every time. You can sit outside in summer and hike perfectly to Elsbach.

A nice restaurant in the middle of the forest, with the rustic beer garden. The dishes are always delicious, no matter what you order, from starters to cooked cheese schnitzel to cold dishes and dessert. The winter garden also offers the right ambience for celebrations. The service is always very friendly and quick. A restaurant for the whole family.
